Data we process

• Account: email, OAuth id (Discord/Google), role.
• Billing: handled by Stripe and NOWPayments - we do not store card numbers.
• Anticheat: player identifiers, detections, technical logs from the servers you protect.
• Technical: IP address, security logs, essential cookies.

Purposes & legal bases

Providing the service (contract), security and anticheat (legitimate interest), billing (legal obligation), improvement via analytics (consent).

Retention

Anticheat logs: 7-90 days depending on plan. Account data: for the account lifetime + legal obligations.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction. Email privacy@aegis0x.com.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may opt out of the sale/sharing of your information. We do not sell your data. Do Not Sell or Share My Info.

Canada: processing complies with PIPEDA; Québec residents are covered by Law 25. Our privacy officer is reachable at the address above.

Processors & transfers

Hosting (VPS), Stripe, NOWPayments, Resend (email), Cloudflare. Data may be processed outside Canada/EU under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
